404ops AI Email Manager

404ops AI Email Manager ingests email from IMAP accounts and classifies it through the AI connection you set up once for all 404ops plugins. It gives you a WordPress admin interface for accounts, the inbox and analytics. Mailbox passwords are encrypted at rest.

Features

• IMAP ingestion with folder traversal and attachment parsing.
• OAuth mailbox sign-in for Gmail and Microsoft 365 / Outlook.com, using IMAP and SMTP XOAUTH2. No app password and no stored mailbox password.
• Reply templates with per-message placeholders, inserted into the Inbox composer.
• Team collaboration: assign conversations to teammates, leave internal notes that are never sent to the customer, and use a reply lock that warns when two agents are about to answer the same customer.
• Rules described in plain language. Proposed rules are reviewed against your current set and accepted row by row. Nothing saves until you accept.
• AI classification through OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Gemini, OpenRouter, an OpenAI-compatible endpoint or Ollama, with the three prompts editable in the plugin.
• A dashboard and analytics: totals, a daily breakdown and cost estimates.
• Mailbox passwords encrypted at rest, using Sodium or AES-256-GCM.
• Cron-based background sync and processing.
