Five sites or unlimited, per plugin
Every Pro add-on is licensed on its own site count: 1 site, 5 sites, or no numeric limit. License exactly the plugins each client needs, at the size that client is — the tiers differ only in site count, never in features.
Move a site yourself
When a client changes host or domain, you transfer the seat: deactivate the licence on the old site — its License tab in wp-admin — and activate on the new one. No ticket, no waiting on us, and a transfer never extends or shortens the maintenance term. The sites each licence holds are listed on your account page.
Multisite, stated plainly
On WordPress multisite, each subsite using a plugin counts as a site; a network endpoint used only for activation and updates never takes an extra seat. Mail Relay ships real network-admin management — one relay configuration for the whole network, and a read-only network-wide email log. The other plugins are per-site today, and we would rather say that than imply a network console that does not exist.
