Software you own. Operated when you'd rather not.
Start free and self-host everything, hand the operations to us, or scale it across regions. No black boxes and no lock-in — your metal, your data, your rules.
Self-host
Run every product on your own metal. You own the deployment, the data, and the on-call.
- ECOP, MongoReporting, Porter, Can-It, and the free WordPress Suite plugins
- Full source on your infrastructure, no telemetry home
- Community support via GitLab issues
- Self-managed GitOps updates
Team
We operate the stack for you — on your hardware or ours — so you keep sovereignty without the pages.

- We run it: provisioning, patching, upgrades, GitOps
- Up to 50 managed endpoints / hosts
- 24×7 support intake, with an initial human response goal within 24 hours
- Monthly health, drift, and backup reports

WordPress Suite
The plugins price differently.
A free tier, not a crippled trial
Every plugin is free, with no site limit, no submission cap, and no feature held back purely to sell it back to you. The importers that bring your data across from a competitor are free too — migrating in is not something we would charge for.
Pro renews at the price you paid
Each optional Pro add-on starts at one site, with 5-site and unlimited tiers, and renews at the price you paid. No introductory discount that doubles in year two, no countdown sales, and no per-transaction cut of what you take. Moving a site is fine — the licence transfers rather than being burnt. If you stop renewing, the Pro features you have keep working; you stop receiving new versions and support after your paid-through date.
FAQ
Common questions.
Question
What does "self-hosted" actually mean here?
You run the software on infrastructure you control — bare metal, a homelab, or your own cloud account. There is no 404ops SaaS to depend on, and no data leaves your network unless you want it to.
Question
Do you host it, or do we?
Either. Self-host is yours to run. Team and Enterprise mean we operate it for you, on your hardware or ours, through GitOps — you keep ownership without carrying the pager.
Question
Can we start self-hosted and move to managed later?
Yes. The products are identical across tiers, so we can pick up an existing deployment and bring it under managed GitOps without a re-platform.
Question
What counts as an "endpoint"?
Any host the platform manages — a server, a VM, a node, or a WordPress instance. The Team plan covers up to 50; Enterprise is unlimited.
Question
Is any of our data sent to 404ops?
No. The software runs in your environment and phones home for nothing. There is no usage telemetry, no analytics call to us, and no shared control plane.
Question
How do updates work?
Updates are GitOps: a merge to your app repo rebuilds the image and ArgoCD rolls it. You control the cadence. Under managed plans we handle upgrades and keep you on a supported version.
Not sure which tier fits?
Tell us what you're operating — a homelab, a cluster, a WordPress fleet — and we'll point you at the right products and the right level of support.
